Privacy

Neumann has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code. It collects nothing about you, and there is no server of ours for it to send anything to.

Your game

Your game is saved on your device, in the app's own storage. We never see it. It is part of your device's backups if you back up your device, under your own settings; delete the app and the game goes with it.

The stars

Every star, planet and moon in the game ships inside the app. Playing needs no connection: the game downloads nothing and looks nothing up.

The Nanny's voice

Some of the Nanny's lines are put in her own words by Apple's language model, which runs on your device. Nothing you do or read in the game is sent anywhere for it. Where the model cannot help, the written line is shown.

Notifications

If you allow them, the game tells you when something finishes — a trip, a scan, a job of the roamers. These notifications are scheduled on your device; none comes from a server.

Motion

On iPhone and iPad the sky moves a little as you turn the device, read from its gyroscope while the game is open. The readings are used at once and never stored. Reduce Motion switches it off.

Diagnostics

Neumann sends no crash reports or usage data of its own. If you have switched on Apple's own sharing of analytics with developers, Apple may send us crash reports; those come from Apple in aggregate and are governed by Apple's terms.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing to request, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer it.

Changes
